Rules Governing Your Account & Play

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "r333," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the r333 online gaming platform operated at r333.biz and its parent operating company, which holds the applicable international gaming licence.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the r333 platform in any capacity.

• "Account" — refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the r333 platform.
• "USDT" — refers to Tether USD stablecoin, specifically in TRC20 (Tron network) format unless otherwise stated.
• "Wallet" — refers to the in-platform digital wallet associated with a Player's r333 Account, which holds USDT balances available for gaming and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, cashback, or reload credits credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to USDT or fiat equivalent deposits made by a Player from personal external wallets or payment methods such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds (or winnings derived therefrom) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" — refers collectively to these Terms & Conditions, the r333 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the r333 platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the r333 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. r333 enforces a strict no-minors policy across all product categories including live casino, slots, sportsbook, and fishing games.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

r333 accepts Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local laws. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to verify that accessing and using r333's services is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. r333 does not represent that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players from prohibited jurisdictions who circumvent access restrictions do so in breach of these Terms.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on r333, a Player must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid mobile number, chosen username, and secure password. Players agree to maintain and promptly update their account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times. r333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any stage of the Player relationship.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the r333 platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or through the use of different credentials — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. r333 uses technical and manual controls to detect multi-accounting. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all balances and Bonus Funds forfeited, and Players may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.1 Account Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their r333 Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by the account holder. You must not share your login credentials — including your password, OTP codes, or authentication tokens — with any third party. r333 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) immediately upon account creation.

3.2 Security Breach Notification

Players must notify r333 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to their Account. Notification should be made via the r333 live chat support function at r333.biz. r333 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing the Account following verified notification. r333 shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to such notification where the security breach arose from the Player's own conduct or negligence.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

r333 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawal requests or increasing deposit limits. Verification may include submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

r333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: USDT (TRC20 network), Bitcoin (BTC), JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, and direct bank transfer via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. r333 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Minimums

The minimum deposit on r333 is equivalent to PKR 500 (or the USDT equivalent at prevailing rates) regardless of the payment method used. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for larger deposit amounts as part of r333's AML compliance obligations.

4.3 Deposit Processing

USDT TRC20 deposits confirm in the r333 Wallet within 30 to 60 seconds of network confirmation. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically process within 5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits confirm within 1 to 4 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. r333 is not responsible for delays arising from third-party payment networks or blockchain congestion.

4.4 Player Funds & Segregation

Real Money Funds deposited by Players into their r333 Wallets are held in accounts segregated from r333's operational funds. This segregation ensures that Player balances remain available for withdrawal independent of r333's business financial position. r333 does not use Player funds for operational purposes.

4.5 Prohibited Deposit Sources

Players must only deposit funds that they legally own and which originate from legitimate sources. Deposits made using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent accounts, or funds connected to criminal activity are strictly prohibited. r333 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to fraudulent financial activity on the platform.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods & Timelines

Players may withdraw Real Money Funds via the following methods and approximate processing times:

• USDT TRC20: 10 to 30 minutes
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank Transfer: 1 to 4 hours

All withdrawal timelines are estimates and may be subject to variation due to verification requirements, payment network conditions, or r333's AML review processes.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits by the Player, or to methods that have been independently verified by r333 as belonging to the Player. r333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Players must have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds before Real Money winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

r333 reserves the right to request additional identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not previously completed KYC verification may be required to do so before their first withdrawal above a specified threshold is processed. r333 aims to complete all standard withdrawal requests without requesting additional verification where prior verification is on record.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on r333 — including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spin equivalents, cashback credits, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for the purpose of that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated before a Player accepts any bonus offer. Wagering must be completed within any applicable time limits stated in the promotion terms; Bonus Funds that expire unconsumed are forfeited without compensation.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion Per Player

Each promotional offer is available once per eligible Player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players may not claim the same promotion across multiple Accounts. Household bonuses — where multiple members of the same household share the same IP address, device, or payment method — are subject to r333's discretion regarding bonus eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

r333 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to reduce the statistical risk of meeting wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and repeated exploitation of specific games or promotional conditions. r333 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.5 r333 VIP Programme

The r333 VIP Programme comprises five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite Diamond — each providing cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and platform privileges as described in the VIP Programme terms published on the r333 Casino page. Tier progression is determined by wagering activity and is calculated on a rolling period as specified in programme terms. r333 reserves the right to revise VIP Programme terms, tiers, and benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

7.1 Game Rules

Each casino game and sporting market available on r333 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or market details page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. Ignorance of game-specific rules does not constitute grounds for voiding settled wagers.

7.2 Sportsbook Settlements

All r333 sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, Pakistan international cricket, UFC, football, and other sporting events — are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body. Where official results are unavailable, r333 will use commercially reasonable judgement in settling markets, which may include using the results as reported by a credible official source at the time of settlement.

7.3 System or Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity issue that results in an incorrectly displayed game outcome, odds, or account balance, r333 reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore the Player's Account balance to its pre-error state. r333 is not obligated to honour wagers placed or winnings generated as a result of a known or obvious technical error.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

r333 applies maximum win limits to individual game rounds and promotional wagering across all product categories. Maximum win limits per game are stated within individual game rules and may be adjusted from time to time. Wins exceeding applicable maximum win limits will be capped at the stated maximum, with the excess amount voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r333 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credentials, falsified identity documentation, or misrepresenting any information provided to r333.
• Money Laundering: Using the r333 platform to deposit, conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from criminal activity. r333 maintains full AML compliance obligations and will report suspected money laundering to relevant authorities without prior notice to the suspected Player.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, macros, or any automated software to place wagers, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker, or any other competitive gaming format on the r333 platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, incorrectly displayed odds, or technical malfunctions to place wagers or generate winnings that would not exist in a correctly functioning system.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with payment providers following the use of deposited funds on the r333 platform. r333 will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal mechanisms.

9.1 Player Protection Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all r333 Account holders and are accessible from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods after which further wagers are declined until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous session durations after which the platform will prompt the Player to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications reminding the Player of their current session duration and net session result.

No content from the r333 platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of r333.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r333 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of, or inability to use, the r333 platform — including loss of funds attributable to network delays beyond r333's control, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.

r333's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

r333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of the r333 platform or specific product categories. r333 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance affecting Pakistani users.

r333's collection, storage, and use of Player personal data is governed by the r333 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By registering an Account, Players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is available at r333.biz/privacy-policy.

r333 does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with third parties as required for the delivery of platform services — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and gaming software suppliers — and where required by law, regulation, or licence condition.

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting r333 support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines, and any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Accounts closed by Players retain a 30-day reactivation window unless the Player requests permanent closure.

13.2 r333-Initiated Suspension

r333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) r333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; (c) required by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a licensing authority; or (d) self-exclusion has been activated.

Where an Account is closed by r333 due to Player breach or fraudulent conduct, any remaining balances may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed by r333 for operational reasons unrelated to Player breach, Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r333's operating company is incorporated and licensed. In the event of any dispute between r333 and a Player, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through r333's internal dispute process, initiated by contacting r333 support via live chat or by emailing the support address published on this platform.

If internal dispute resolution does not produce a satisfactory outcome, Players may escalate disputes to the independent dispute resolution body designated by r333's gaming licence authority. r333 cooperates fully with all independent dispute resolution processes conducted under its licensing framework.

These Terms are published in English. The English-language version constitutes the governing version of these Terms for all legal and interpretive purposes.

r333 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Player rights, deposit or withdrawal terms, or responsible gaming provisions — r333 will notify registered Players via a notification within the Account dashboard or via registered contact details at least 14 days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Where amendments are non-material — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms — r333 may implement them without prior notice.
